Shipping & Returns



We endeavour to only sell items if they are in stock at our distribution centre.  Therefore, items can usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.  Delivery depends on location but is usually 5-7 days within Australia and 14-21 days internationally.

Australian orders are sent via AusPost Parcel Post or Fastway courier service.  International orders are sent via International Airmail.

As an added service, where available, we email customers tracking numbers of orders.  You can check the status of your order at any time on our website.  Just check on the Order Status menu button on our website.

We currently only sell our products to customers in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and UK.

We charge a flat rate for shipping of $9.95 for Australian orders and $19.95 for international orders.  This includes postage, packaging and handling fees.


Returns Policy 

You may return your items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or credit.

Please note that our returns policy does not cover the original delivery cost or the cost of returning the items to us.

To return an item please complete the following steps:

1. Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status once we have received and processed the returned item.

2. Return the item(s) to us using either Registered Mail or Express Post or other such method that allows tracking to confirm to you and us that the product has been returned.  Please ensure you return all products with the original packaging.  This is very important as if we do not receive the product back or it is not complete we cannot process the refund.

3. Please return the products to:

4. You should expect to receive your exchange or credit within one week of its arrival at our distribution centre.  Please make sure you return all items and packaging to ensure you receive a full refund.  

5. Please note, this Returns Policy does not apply to customers who purchase products via group buying or other such promotions.  Separate terms and conditions apply which will be made available with each offer.  If in doubt, please check with us.
